The way back machine has found Arkeoloji dergisi which was published  from 1991-1999 in Turkish, German, French, and English. As far as I can  tell it is no longer published but the back issues are online and free  to get.

    Archeologia e Calcolatori is a peer reviewed open access journal. It also happens to be one of my favorites. It deals with computer applications to archaeology which is a lot of what I deal with in my work. It is published in French, English, German, Italian, and Spanish so there are articles for everyone. Well not everyone but lots of people. It has been publishing since 1990 so there are lots of open access articles online.

    Looking to learn more about underwater archaeology? Speak French or English. Then I have the journal for you, Archaeonautica is an open access archaeology journal that deals with water archaeology.
    Archaeonautica is a collection created in 1977 by the CNRS and the Ministry of Culture on the initiative of Bernard Liu.  research of underwater archeology, or more generally, underwater, from prehistory to modern times. It is also intended to accommodate studies of Maritime Archaeology and Archaeology naval and maritime history economic history.

  10. Open Access Journal- Anthropozoologica

    “ANTHROPOZOOLOGICA, European semi-periodic set up in 1984, aims to promote the exchange of results and ideas among scientists working on the relationship between man and animal, from its origins to the present. It aims to promote the study of this relationship as an expression of strong history of cultures and societies in their natural environment.”

    Anthrozoology was something I never was able to take classes in but something that always interested me. Well now I guess I can read this journal and learn more.
    It publishes articles in both English and French and all of the articles are open access. Though the website is in french and can be found here-
